Next, a pre-chat window opens on the visitor's side where they must type their first name.

Easily send any file on your computer to a visitor. The visitor simply clicks a link to download and open the file.

Push Web Pages
Once engaged in a chat, click a button from your control panel and "push" any web page into a new browser window to your visitor.

Live Customer Support & Assistance
At any time, a site visitor can request help from your site. In the event all operators are closed, the visitor is then taken to a window where they can contact you by email.

Multiple Operator Control
When your website reaches a level of visitors and chat requests that become to much for a single operator to handle, simply add another operator. This is done in an instant by having one of your sales team logon as an operator.

Chat Transfer

From the operators control panel, you can easily see the last page the visitor has accessed before initiating a chat session with them. Frequently Used Responses
In certain circumstances, an operator may find themselves answering similar questions again and again. Intelli-Chat™ gives the operator the ability to configure any number of canned responses to supplement personal replies and streamline the handling of multiple concurrent customers.

Send Preset Messages/Responses
You will find that the majority of your visitors will ask the same basic questions time and time again. Using the message preset feature allows you to quickly and easily send pre-typed messages by simply making a selection from a drop-down menu, then click send. Monitor Multiple Websites
