Chat Invitation Screen

If you are logged in as an operator, when a visitor enters your website, this screen will load that "invites" them to chat live with you.

This invitation screen can be customized to fit your needs.

 

Pre-Chat Screen

Customizable elements of this screen:

  • Banner at the top of the screen (367 x 50 pixels)
  • Background color
  • Any of the text
  • Add as many departments as needed

 

An Actual Chat Session

  • The bottom ad line for Intelli-Chat™ can be removed or programmed with your affiliate link to earn 25%.

Operator Screen

From the operator control panel, you have many options and tools to use to engage your visitor with a valuable and interactive chat session.

Operator Login Options:

  1. Chat Requests/Visitors
    This is the link you click to open the operators control panel. From the control panel you can monitor visitors in all websites you are monitoring, know what page they are on now, what pages they have viewed, how long they have spent on each page and their IP address and browser type.


  2. Automatic and Manual Saving of Chat Sessions
    From this control, you will be able to see ALL chat requests and open each for review, auditing, etc. This saving option can be set to automatically save or not at all.  During a live chat session you can also manually save a session locally to your computer.

    From an administrative login you can delete any single chat session or all chat sessions recorded.


  3. Welcome/Canned Messages
    From this control, you can change the default greeting that loads for each visitor when a chat request is made.


  4. Canned Messages
    A "canned" message is a pre-written message that you paste and save in the admin control panel. This is very beneficial as it provides a fast and easy way to respond or answer a frequently asked question by a visitor. When chatting with a visitor, the operator simply clicks from a menu list of pre-written messages. This saves time and allows each operator to efficiently handle higher volumes of simultaneous chat requests. You can program as many "canned" messages as you need from this link.


  5. Preset URL's
    From this control you can load an unlimited number of web page URL's that are accessed from the Operator control panel and "pushed" to a visitor during a chat session.


  6. Detailed Tracking
    By knowing what page your visitor is currently viewing as well as what pages they have viewed today, you'll be better prepared to assist them. Simply click the "tracking link" next to your visitor from your operator control panel.


  7. Referral URL Tracking
    The referral URL tracking feature shows you the URL a visitor clicked to visit your website.  Very important for marketing purposes.


  8. File Transfer To A Visitor
    When in a chat session, you can easily send any file (1.5mb or less), to a directory that allows your visitor to download it with a simple click of the link provided to them in the chat screen.
